## Electrical (dummy loads first)

- [ ] Earth continuity IEC earth → chassis < 0.1 Ω  
- [ ] Insulation / hipot per local procedure (if required)  
- [ ] Power-up current inrush OK (breaker doesn’t trip)  
- [ ] Mute delay ~0.5–1.5 s both channels  
- [ ] DC offset mid < 50 mV; HF < 50 mV  

## Audio

- [ ] 1 kHz mid @ 1 W: no buzz/rattle  
- [ ] 5 kHz HF @ 0.5 W: clean  
- [ ] Polarity: mid & HF same absolute polarity (pulse test)  
- [ ] Sweep 100 Hz–15 kHz: no rub/buzz  
- [ ] FR spot: ±3 dB 200 Hz–10 kHz on-axis (gated or nearfield+splice)  
- [ ] THD @ 1 kHz mid 5 W < 0.1% typical (soundcard + attenuator — see `/measurement`)  

## Thermal

- [ ] 1 hour pink noise −10 dBFS equiv / speech shaped: heatsink touch-safe / < 75 °C  

## Stand

- [ ] Height lock holds 25 kg  
- [ ] Speaker mounts true vertical  
- [ ] Safety strap eye present
