# Church speaker stand — CAMS-ST1 Heavy-duty adjustable stand for CAMS-1 (~15 kg). Laser/plasma cut base; drill feet PCD and center. 2. Weld boss + outer pole square (±1°). 3. Fit collar with M8 nut (capture). 4. Weld/bolt top plate + stud to inner tube. 5. Deburr; phosphate; powder coat. 6. Assemble feet, knob, cable clips. 7. Load test: 25 kg @ max height for 10 min — no slip/creep. ## Safety (church) - Use safety strap to a wall eye if stand is in a walkway. - Never lean on the cabinet. - Route IEC and XLR through clips — no trip loops. - Place stand feet fully on flat floor (no cable under feet). ## VERIFY Thread standard of purchased pole cup (M20 vs 35 mm British) **before** welding the top stud.
