Cut panels; dry-fit shelves for mid volume. 2. Cut driver holes from datasheet templates; counterbore for flush mount. 3. Glue carcass + mid chamber; seal all joints (silicone/caulk inside). 4. Install binding posts / Speakon; keep mid and woofer wiring separate. 5. Stuff mid chamber lightly; line woofer walls (leave port clear). 6. Mount drivers with gasket tape; measure for air leaks. ## Active system wiring Each driver gets its **own amp channel** after the LR4 crossover (`active-crossover/`).
